Kristi Swartz is the Explore specialist at CHC. She moved to Colorado from Ohio with her husband and the youngest of their three sons. She loves spending time with family, including her Miniature Bernedoodle. She can be found jogging and walking, hiking and biking, and exploring the outdoor when not in the classroom. She also enjoys travel, reading, and serving those in need.

She has her bachelor's degree in Elementary Ed, master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, and her gifted endorsement in K-12. She has more than 20 years of experience in education in various capacities. She loves coaching students while encouraging and challenging them to use their creativity and passions to grow personally, academically, and in their faith.

She has many favorite scripture verses, but the ones that stand out to her at this time in her life are Philippians 2:13, "For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose," and Mark 11:23, "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him.”

She enjoys sharing her faith and love with her students, their families, and colleagues and believes in growing and learning together.
