Marissa is one of two registered nurses who serve CHC students, faculty and staff. Although born and raised in Albuquerque, NM she has called Colorado her home since 2006. Beginning her nursing career in 2001, she started in the cardiac intensive care unit then eventually working in the cardiac catherization and cardiac electrophysiology lab. She has also worked as a national and international flight nurse for emergent and non-emergent patients. Marissa enjoys working with the CHC students and staff to promote a healthy, safe and nurturing environment. Marissa and her husband have two children that attend Cherry Hills Christian school and love this CHC community! On their spare time they love to camp, bike, hike and fly fish.
