
Mary Nylin
Mary got her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University and a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After obtaining a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she practiced as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for 17 years in a variety of settings to include the schools, private practice, rehabilitation facilities and hospitals, with both children and adults.
Mary’s gifting and skill set is in receptive and expressive language skill building. Specifically, she is skilled at addressing auditory processing, comprehension, organization, executive functioning, and effective verbal and written language.
Mary enjoys entertaining, cooking and traveling with her family. She has 2 boys who attend CHC. Mary is originally from Tennessee but has lived in Colorado for 13 years now.
Psalms 23 has always been a favorite verse of Mary’s. She loves to pray and has been involved in the prayer team at her Church for several years.
