Born and raised in Highlands Ranch, Megan has deep roots with Cherry Hills Christian Community. She even attended The Preschool! After graduating from the University of Colorado Denver and receiving a State of Colorado teaching license, Megan took a position to educate a student privately, which required travel with the family, who frequently relocated for work-related reasons. With this student, Megan taught Kindergarten through Grade 5 curriculum -- and from this experience was born her passion for developing and implementing curriculum for individualized learning. Megan moved to classroom teaching at Cherry Hills Christian School in 2017. She has served as curriculum lead for Grades 3-5 and enjoys working with Faculty members across grade levels to advance CHC's continual efforts to achieve new heights of dynamic, personalized and aligned learning. Megan's favorite Bible verse: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
