We welcome students from all backgrounds who are excited to engage in our community. Cherry Hills Christian School provides flexible tuition-payment options and dedicated funds for tuition assistance. Tuition and fees listed below are for the 2022-23 academic year.
The Preschool
Half-day programs are 8:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Full-day programs are 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m., with parents providing lunch for their student.

Age Groups
Children are grouped by age into classrooms and stay with the same teacher throughout the school year.
- Toddlers – must be at least 2 by August 18, 2022
- Preschool – must be at least 3 by October 1, 2022 and fully toilet-independent by the start of school.
- Pre-Kindergarten– must be at least 4 by October 1, 2022 and fully potty-trained by the start of school. Children are allowed to repeat Pre-Kindergarten with the option of the same teacher or different.
Before-school Care
- $8 per morning
- 7 – 8:15 a.m.
- Children must be at least 3 years old and fully toilet- independent.
- Drop-in is on a space-available basis and registration is required.
After-school Care
- $15 per afternoon
- 3:20 – 6 p.m.
- Children must be at least 3 years old and fully toilet- independent.
- Drop-in is on a space available basis and registration is required. There is an additional $3 fee for drop-ins scheduled fewer than 24 hours in advance.
Drop-in Extended Day
- 12:30 – 3:15 p.m.; $30 per day
- Drop-in is on a space-available basis. Children must attend the morning session to be able to stay for the afternoon.

Enrollment Fees
All fees are per student, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- New Student Application Fee (Kindergarten-Grade 8): $175 (One Time)
- New Student Application Fee (Preschool): $100 (One Time)
- The Preschool Registration Fee: $115 (Annual)
- New Student Enrollment Fee (Kindergarten-Grade 8): $375 (One Time)
- Continuous Annual Enrollment Fee (Kindergarten-Grade 7, assessed for currently enrolled students): $375 per student (Annual)
- FACTS Membership Fee (Preschool – Grade 8): $35 per student (Annual)
Payment Options: 2022-23 School Year
- Pay in advance, Option 1:
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, full tuition is due by June 10
- Pay in advance, Option 2:
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, half tuition is due by June 10, and the other half is due by Nov. 10
- Monthly payments:
- Preschool students have nine auto-debit payments (in addition to the non-refundable Preschool Tuition Deposit). The first payment is Sept. 10, and the last payment is May 10.
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, have 12 auto-debit payments. The first payment is June 10, and the last payment is May 10.

Tuition Assistance
Cherry Hills Christian School provides tuition assistance every academic year. This support may be granted to families with students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 8 and/or with students enrolled in our Discovery program.
Awards are based on the needs of applicants and the availability of funding. To be considered for tuition assistance for the 2022-23 academic year, please complete this application. Applications for the 2022-23 school year will open on January 1, 2022.
