We welcome students from all backgrounds who are excited to engage in our community. Cherry Hills Christian School provides flexible tuition-payment options and dedicated funds for tuition assistance. Tuition and fees listed below are for the 2023-24 academic year.
Preschool
Half-day programs are 8:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Full-day programs are 8:15 a.m.-3:15 p.m., with parents providing lunch for their student.

Age Groups
Children are grouped by age into classrooms and stay with the same teacher throughout the school year.
Toddlers – must be at least 2 by the first day of school.
Preschool 3 – must be at least 3 by September 1, 2023, and fully potty-trained.
PreK– must be at least 4 by September 1, 2023, and fully potty-trained.
Enrollment Fees
All fees are per student, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Preschool New Student Application Fee: $100 (one time)
Preschool Registration Fee: $125 (annual)
Tuition Deposit: Equal to the first of 10 payments, dependent on days and hours of attendance.
FACTS Membership Fee: $35 (annual)
Before-School Care
$8 per morning, 7:00 – 8:15 am
Children must be at least 3 years old and fully potty-trained.
Drop-in is on a space-available basis and registration is required.
After-School Care
$16 per afternoon, 3:20 – 6:00 pm
Children must be at least 3 years old and fully potty-trained.
Drop-in is on a space-available basis and registration is required.
There is an additional $3 fee for drop-ins scheduled fewer than 24 hours in advance.
Drop-in Extended Day
$32 per day, 12:30 – 3:15 pm
Drop-in is on a space-available basis and registration is required.
Children must attend the morning session to be able to stay for the afternoon.
Payment Options*
1. Pay in advance Option #1: Full tuition is due by July 10, 2023.
2. Pay in advance Option #2: Half tuition is due by July 10, 2023. The other half is due by December 10, 2023.
3. Monthly payments: The Preschool has nine (9) monthly tuition payments in addition to the Tuition Deposit. The first auto-debit will be processed on September 10, 2023, and the final payment will be on May 10, 2024.
* New families must enroll in the tuition management system regardless of their payment option for tuition. If you are a returning CHC family, the original payment plan you selected will automatically carry forward in FACTS Tuition Management for the 2023-24 school year. Please note: CHC will publish a Tuition & Fee schedule annually.

Each year annual tuition rates for Kindergarten-Grade 8 are determined by reviewing enrollment forecasts, inflation rates, and operating costs.

This tuition rate includes a premium for any NEW student who will be attending CHC for their Grade 8 year only. The premium cost of $3,000 will be waived if a younger sibling (in Grades K-7) also enrolls in CHC for the same school year.

Tuition Payments, Assistance & Application
Tuition Payments
For new families, CHC offers three payment plans outlined below. If your student is a returning CHC student, the payment plan assigned to that student for the current school year will carry forward in FACTS Tuition Management (FTM) for the 2023-2024 school year. FTM processes all payments and only accepts ACH for payments.
Payment Options: 2023-24 School Year
- Pay in advance, Option 1:
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, full tuition is due by June 10.
- Pay in advance, Option 2:
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, half of tuition, is due by June 10, and the other half is due by November 10.
- Monthly payments:
- Preschool students have nine auto-debit payments (in addition to the non-refundable Preschool Tuition Deposit). The first payment is on September 10, and the last payment is on May 10.
- New students, Kindergarten – Grade 8, have 12 auto-debit payments. The first payment is on June 10, and the last payment is on May 10.

Tuition Assistance
Cherry Hills Christian School provides tuition assistance every academic year. This support may be granted to families with students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Tuition assistance applications will be considered for families who have completed an admission application.

ACE
Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE) is a partner organization that offers privately funded scholarships to low-income families attending private school. ACE awards a limited number of scholarships each school year. ACE scholarships are awarded in addition to any assistance awarded by CHC. We encourage any admitted families who have been fully enrolled in CHC and meet ACE’s income criteria to apply.
Disclaimer: Applicants are NOT guaranteed a scholarship by completing ACE’s application. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis by ACE at its sole and absolute discretion. Any funding for future school years will be determined by ACE at its sole and absolute discretion.

Tuition Assistance Guidelines
About Tuition Assistance at Cherry Hills Christian
- Tuition assistance is based on the needs of the applicants and the availability of assistance funds.
- Assistance awards are given for one year at a time. Families must re-apply annually if the need
persists.
Who is eligible?
- Existing families of students in grades K-8 with current CHC accounts. The highest priority goes to
returning families. - New families with students in grades K-8 who have completed the admissions application.
Potential Award Levels
- 10%-40% of total family tuition (5 Full Day K, Lower School (1-5) and Upper School (6-8)).
- If applying for 3 Full Day Kindergarten, the potential award is capped at 25% for the Kindergarten
student.
How to Apply
- Access the FACTS Grant and Aid application by using this link: https://online.factsmgt.com/
grant-aid/inst/45TNF/landing- page - Complete all required fields of the application, including the essay question.
- Electronically upload copies of required financial documents directly through FACTS Grant and Aid.
- Once the above steps have been completed, please allow 10-14 business days for FACTS to move the application into “Verified” status. CHC is unable to review your application until all items have been completed and the application has been verified.
Key Dates for the 2023-2024 School Year
- We will begin accepting applications for ’23-’24 consideration on January 1, 2023.
- Any applications that are verified from January – March will be considered in the first round of awards.
- After March 1, 2023 – Verified applications will be reviewed once a month until funds are depleted.
What is the CHC Tuition Decision Process?
- After the application has been verified, it is pulled down from the FACTS Grant & Aid portal by the Student Accounts Administrator and submitted to the Tuition Assistance Committee.
- The CHC Tuition Assistance Committee reviews the application.
- Assistance is granted based on demonstrated need, family situation, and available assistance funds.
- The Student Accounts Administrator communicates to recipients via email whether an award has been granted. If an award is granted, the family has 10 days to accept or decline the award.
- CHC requires recipients of Tuition Assistance awards to keep their award confidential, keep their
payments current, and the student(s) must remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
