Missions Week / Week of March 23
We are confident that God will do amazing things through our school and students during this time. If you were unable to attend one of the Mission Trip meetings, please look through slides here, it has valuable information not covered in the letter below.
Below are important dates and details, along with direct links to register for each trip.
Important Details:
Payment: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable through Managed Missions.
Behavioral Concerns: If there are behavioral concerns with a student leading up to the Mission Trip, the Middle School Leadership Team will evaluate whether the student is permitted to attend. This conversation will take place in collaboration with parents. The decisions made by the school are final. The full cost of the trip remains non-refundable and non-transferable if a student is deemed ineligible to attend.
Parent Chaperones: Please use the links below to express your interest in chaperoning for a trip. Chaperones will receive further communication in late October. The cost for chaperones and students is the same, and both will be collected through your Managed Mission account.
Managed Missions
Managed Missions is a mission trip software platform we are using to receive all payments towards your child’s mission trip, as well as to communicate with families
The payments are tax deductible, you are able to use credit cards and easily fundraise
Our new Managed Missions platform allows families to create student profiles that allow students to easily fundraise. Please find directions on how to create the profile and make payments here. Final payments are due no later than February 4.

- Total Cost: $700, plus airfare. Airfare is estimated at $450-500 Round-trip. We will communicate airfare pricing after October 15.

Grades 7 & 8 International Trip | Belize

- March 23-29, 2025, | 6 Nights, 7 Days
- Total Cost: $1360, not including airfare: (please note, airfare information will be communicated separately)
- Belize Families: Parents are welcome to accompany their students to Belize. Grade 7 students must have a parent attend with them and Grade 8 students will need to have approval from the missions team to attend without a parent.
- Join Carey Holm for additional information and have your questions answered on Thursday, October 4 either at 7:45-8:15 AM or 3:45-4:15 PM. The meeting will be in Room 271.
