Christ-Centered Education Beyond the Classroom
Student Life at CHC is where faith, friendship, leadership, and community come together. Through athletics, arts, clubs, service, and spiritual growth opportunities, students discover their God-given gifts, build meaningful relationships, and learn what it means to Think Biblically, Live Faithfully, and Lead Courageously. Beyond the classroom, students are encouraged to explore new interests, develop their talents, and grow in confidence within a vibrant Christ-centered community.
LEOS: Student Leadership
The mission of LEOS (Lead, Equip, Organize, Serve) is to offer students with a heart and drive for public service to hone their passion and skills while also providing them with training in servant-leadership and discipleship. This student leadership group is another way CHC supports students in being known and loved for who God uniquely designed them to be.
Lead our student community in supporting and treating others as Christ would. (1 John 4:11)
Equip other students to embrace their God-given gifts and encourage them to share those gifts with others. (Romans 12:6)
Organize events, chapels, celebrations, and mission moments that honor the social, physical, and spiritual development of all CHC students. (1 Corinthians 14:40)
Serve the student body by demonstrating in words and actions what it looks like to live with an Alive Heart, Anchored Soul, Academically Prepared Mind and Abiding Strength. (Mark 12:30)
Grades 4 – 8
LEOS serve as ambassadors of the student body. They plan, promote, and otherwise support activities designed to encourage social, physical, and spiritual development in all CHC students.
Our LEOS demonstrate love and respect for others. They hold themselves accountable to Christian leadership through their efforts and behavior. They are genuinely interested in learning responsibility, dependability, and what it means to be a contributing member of a team. The LEOS application process begins in February and students are selected to serve for the next school year.
Chapel
Chapel at Cherry Hill Christian School is an intentional weekly pause for our community to practice reverence through praising God through song and learning more about our Creator through The Bible. We desire to create a unique experience for students, teachers, and families to encounter Jesus and cultivate a heart that loves God and loves others.
Art & Performing Arts
From sketching, painting, and digital design, to music, acting, choir, and more, Cherry Hills values art as a gift from God.
Athletics & Club
With a tradition of supportive coaching and excelling in athletic skills, Cherry Hills prioritizes teaching humility, representing Jesus in all we do, and giving all the glory to God.
Community Events
Community is at the heart of life at CHC. Throughout the year, families have countless opportunities to connect, celebrate, and grow together through meaningful events and traditions. From Fall Family Night, Grandparents Day, and grade-level socials to middle school dances, the Father-Daughter Dance, Christmas performances, Easter services, Convocation, and student musicals, every gathering is designed to strengthen relationships and create lasting memories. Beyond special events, groups like Dad’s Club, Grandparents Club, and Parent Connect foster year-round involvement and support, helping families build authentic friendships and a strong sense of belonging.
