The Golden Lions was created to connect grandparents with the CHC community and provide meaningful opportunities to be involved in the lives of their grandchildren. Through fun gatherings, special events, service opportunities, and fellowship, The Golden Lions bring generations together while supporting and praying for the students, families, and mission of CHC.

GRANDPARENT PRAYER WARRIORS

We are looking for Grandparents to pray for teaching faculty and classrooms. You will be praying over a classroom. We are asking volunteers to reach out monthly to the classroom teacher to see if they are need in specific prayer. We will also be providing some directive prayer for you. 

LUNCH VOLUNTEERS

Help make lunchtime a success for our students by joining our amazing lunchroom volunteer team! From helping with lunchroom tasks to sharing smiles and encouragement, grandparents play an important role in creating a warm and caring lunchtime experience. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see your grandchildren at school, connect with other CHC grandparents, and make a lasting impact on students’ day. As a thank you, lunchroom volunteers receive a complimentary lunch at the end of their shift. 

RECESS VOLUNTEERS

We invite you to join us on the playground for Lower School recess. As an extra set of eyes, you will play an important role in helping ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our students alongside our teaching assistants.
