CHC Administrative Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
August: Beginning Monday, August 4 CHC Administrative Office will resume normal school hours, Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm.

Preschool Summer Social GatheringsGRADE LEVEL SOCIAL EVENTS New Middle School students will be personally contacted in July. These special events are designed exclusively for new students and are organized by gender. Middle School Summer Reading
All CHC middle school students are required to complete summer reading. During the first week of school, an assignment based on summer reading will be given. This assignment is designed to kickstart the academic year and set the tone for a year of learning and growth.

Lunch Time @ CHC
At CHC, we believe lunchtime should be a time to recharge—nourishing, enjoyable, and stress-free for both students and families. Students are welcome to bring lunch from home, or they can take advantage of our hot lunch program, available to children in Preschool (Three-year-olds, Pre-K, Jr.-K) through Grade 8. Our program features a rotating menu of kid-friendly, nutritious meals designed to support healthy habits and satisfy young appetites. Instructions on loading your Prepay account for lunch purchases will be included in the July newsletter.

Worship & Welcome
Sunday, August 10 | 10:30 am service | Cherry Hills Community Church
Before the school year begins, we invite new CHC families to join us for a Sunday service at Cherry Hills Community Church, followed by a welcome lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet CHC leadership, including our new Head of School, Dr. Davis, and to connect with other new CHC families. RSVP HERE

Meet & Greet is your one-stop event to get ready for school! It’s a great opportunity for your child to meet their teacher, explore their classroom, and start making new friends *This is a mandatory event for all CHC families. Students need to wear a dress code top for photos.
